How customization works
- Select Cat or Dog and upload one clear full-body photo. A second angle is optional and recommended.
- Add your pet’s name and notes about distinctive markings or a preferred pose.
- We review the references before production and contact you if the images are not clear enough.
- The artist creates an individual interpretation based on the approved references.
Because this is handmade, small differences in color, brushwork, texture and fine details are part of the finished piece. Screen colors and lighting can also affect how coat colors appear.
Photo privacy and order changes
Reference photos are stored privately for production and are not used for marketing without separate permission. Please upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Personalized production begins after the references are reviewed. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after production has started; contact us promptly if you need to correct an order.
Display safety
This is a decorative object, not a pet toy or children’s toy. Keep it away from pets, children, moisture, open flame, impact and unstable edges. Plaster may chip or break if dropped. Do not place it where it could obstruct driving controls or distract a driver.
